editable keyboard shortcuts for all menu actions in Gladish

this was inspired by looking for a key shortcut/accelerator/combination for saving Projects, but obviously would be useful for all actions available in Gladish. many users working in digital audio rely on their particular "key maps" for speeding up their workflow, regardless of platform. since LADISH seems to be aiming at being a core piece of any JACK-based audio workflow, i imagine this will be a critical requirement.

perhaps a keyboard shortcut editor is available for the various desktop environments (i.e. GNOME, KDE, etc), but i do not know how portable these are.
