Extend/change JACK config error dialog messages, initial guidance for user

Description

I propose to change the JACK configure refusal message as follows

1) upon 'no studio loaded':
"JACK can only be configured with a loaded and stopped studio. Please create a new studio or load and stop an existing one."

2) upon 'studio started':
"JACK can only be configured with a stopped studio. Please stop your studio first."

User guidance (just an idea for simple and efficient help)
It would be great to display a text on the empty main area (the one where the flowcanvas will appear). "If you've started ladish for the first time, you should

create a new studio and then configure JACK in the main window

before going on
